Refund policy
At B BRANT, we accept returns and issue refunds for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact our support team at info@bbrant.com or use our Contact page.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email info@bbrant.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos (required for damaged/incorrect items)
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions and (when applicable) a return shipping label. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping costs may apply to reship the order.

B BRANT operates exclusively online and does not offer in-person returns at this location.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@bbrant.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including (but not limited to):
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before purchasing or returning.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Please remember that banks and credit card companies may take time to process and post the refund. In many cases, refunds are processed within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
International Orders
International returns are accepted under the same eligibility requirements unless otherwise required by local law. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees already paid, as these charges are not refundable.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
